Online Complaints Arbitration

Companies which supply goods or provide services in Portugal are obliged as from today (1st February 2016) to inform consumers regarding arbitration tribunals to which they can appeal in order to settle any disputes.

This arbitration process is an online version of the ‘Complaints Book’ process that is available at our offices.
